  • How long will the consultation take?
    We arrange a meeting with you at your workplace to understand your preferences and requirements through a thorough discussion and examination of each room. Typically, this process lasts approximately 30 minutes. However, since our priority is your satisfaction, if you wish to ask additional questions or delve deeper into the planning, we are more than willing to allocate more time. We make a point of addressing any specific concerns or areas that require extra attention. Rest assured, we always provide written confirmation of the agreed-upon tasks, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of what to anticipate.
  • Does someone need to be present for the clean?
    You can feel confident knowing that our robust security measures and policies regarding your keys and alarm codes are designed to keep you safe and secure.
  • Do you provide all cleaning products?
    Certainly. All items. Our exclusive use of environmentally friendly cleaning products eliminates the need for you to purchase, store, or worry about sourcing the best equipment and supplies. We handle all of this on your behalf. Our dedicated team arrives at your home or office in a specialized vehicle, fully equipped with all necessary tools and supplies for each cleaning session. However, you are more than welcome to provide your own products for us to use if you prefer.
  • How soon can you begin the contract?
    We typically require a 4-week lead time from signing the contract to starting service. This period allows us to meet TUPE legislation, which mandates a 28-day consultation period. Additionally, it gives us time to carefully select and train quality cleaners and coordinate all necessary arrangements to deliver the high standard of service you expect. If you need an earlier start, we’ll consult with the local Contracts Manager, who will make every effort to accommodate your request
  • Can we start with a trial?
    Our standard 12-month contract includes a satisfaction clause allowing you to end the contract if you are unhappy with the service. If an issue arises, we have 15 days to address it to your satisfaction; if not, you’re free to cancel. This approach keeps us “on trial” throughout the contract.
  • Do you charge by the hour?
    Our pricing is based on a customized service for each building rather than an hourly rate. This allows us to tailor our approach to your specific needs and provide a comprehensive solution for your facility.
  • Who should I contact with a concern or complaint?
    You will have direct contact information for your Account Manager, who is your primary point of contact for any questions or concerns once you join us.

Our pricing is based on the specific job itself, as opposed to hourly rates which can result in inconsistencies or incomplete tasks. By assigning two or three-person teams to each job, we guarantee that all your requirements are met consistently and to a high standard. This method ensures that you can always expect the same level of quality with every clean - nothing more, nothing less! Our team members are compensated fairly, which promotes reliability, trustworthiness, and motivation among our staff. The end result is an exceptional clean delivered by a team you can rely on.

    Certainly, we possess complete insurance coverage for all staff
